Emmi Group to Acquire Swiss Coffee Roaster Hochstrasser

Swiss dairy company Emmi Group has agreed to acquire coffee roaster Hochstrasser, subject to competition authority approval, in a move that will strengthen Emmi's coffee segment and reinforce its Emmi Caffè Latte brand. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
