Coffee MayX Addresses Global Issues by the Cup

Furman University's MayX program, "Coffee Culture: Past to Present, Farm to Cup," taught students about the complex history and social implications of coffee, including its roots in Central America and Mexico, its role in colonialism, and the challenges faced by coffee farmers today.
