Ingredients:
2oz espresso shot
shaved ice (plain)
shaved ice (frozen lemonade)
sweetened condensed milk to drizzle on top
Instructions:
Prepare your espresso shot first, brew it, then set aside to cool. Make shaved ice using a shaved ice maker or blending crushed ice. Add the shaved ice to the glass and compact it down with a spoon. Add your cooled espresso over top and pack the ice down again. Make shaved ice out of frozen lemonade (prepare by freezing in shaved ice maker mold or ice cubes if blending ice) and top the espresso shaved ice by creating a dome shape. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk on top and enjoy!
