Notes Coffee Roasters has increased production capacity at its London roastery with a new Brambati BR60 machine and Pentavac packaging line.

The boutique café chain, coffee roaster and wine bar currently operates 13 outlets across London in addition to its roastery in Canning Town.

In a press release, Notes said its investment in a new roaster will boost its annual production capacity from 150 tonnes to 600. The new Pentavac packing machine is capable of producing 25 one-kilogram bags of coffee per minute, which the business said will significantly enhance production efficiency and enable it to open new wholesale accounts.

“This investment opens new horizons for us to accommodate more wholesale accounts. My biggest dream is to connect the dots from coffee farmers to end consumers, with Notes serving as the chain that delivers high-quality specialty coffee from producer to consumer,” said Fabio Ferreira, co-founder, Notes Coffee Roasters.
