I've been obsessed with this espresso tonic I got from a little coffee shop (in South Carolina of all places), that made their own cascara coffee cherry syrup. I want to make my own and also try out some other things with the coffee cherries but I wanted to see if anyone here had a favorite place where they get their cascara cherries. If you also have a go-to recipe with it, please let me know as well!
