Interesting Specialty coffee with low / no acidity in Europe.

Hey guys.

I’m kinda new to this whole espresso thing ( 1month in ) and I’m looking for interesting & delicious specialty coffees with low to no acidity.

I got hooked by my brother, but his preferred style of espresso ( acidic, fruity, funky ), while delicious, is not a 100% for me ( yet ).

Unfortunately, most Italian style espresso beans that I tried, while tasting great in the beginning, also got boring very fast.

So I’m looking for a medium roasted, Italian style profile, that tastes interesting.

My brother recommended

The Barn, Mok Coffee and Hoppenworth & Ploch

I tried H&P and it tasted great, but I’m curious what else is out there.
